Andratx | Coastal villa renovation
A multi-stage project begun in 2014: the complete renovation of an approximately 800 m² home, with around 200 m² of additional space created through works beneath the existing building.
The scope included structural alterations, new installations, bathrooms and finishes, a rebuilt pool, lifts, a jacuzzi area and stone terraces. Later phases extended to the waterfront and boathouse, with rubble transported by barge as part of the site logistics.
Valldemossa | Stone House
Extensive natural-stone facades and exterior works for a home in Valldemossa. The architectural design was prepared by a Polish architect and adapted locally by a Spanish architect.
Our scope included stone cladding, railings, fencing, terraces and terrace walls, the swimming pool and external stairs. The large area of stonework formed a defining feature of the exterior, in line with the facade requirements for this location.
We also installed timber windows and building services incorporating Daikin heat pumps and solar systems.
Costa de la Calma | Complete home renovation
A complete renovation of a 220 m² home with approximately 450 m² of terraces and garage areas. The project covered the roof, building form, insulation and new electrical and plumbing installations.
Works included underfloor heating, a central vacuum system, new bathrooms and finishes, plus the refurbishment of the pool and its installations. Our involvement continued after completion through property care and rental management.

Comprehensive building refurbishment for residential communities and property administrators in Mallorca.
Our services include exterior painting, roof renovation, pool and terrace refurbishment, replacement of balcony windows and doors, railings and metalwork. We coordinate the different trades required for larger projects and the ongoing care of shared buildings and outdoor areas.

Puerto de Andratx | Complete Duplex Renovation
A comprehensive renovation of a 180 m² duplex apartment, delivered from building works through to furniture and final furnishing.
Our scope covered the roof, windows, railings, interior finishes and fitted elements. CSM coordinated and completed the refurbishment and furnishing as one complete project, creating a home ready for use.
