We provide ongoing home care and rental management in Mallorca, including online listings, booking coordination and care of the property during stays.

We prepare detailed quotations and an indicative programme before construction begins. Materials are planned and ordered ahead of each stage, with locally available alternatives discussed where appropriate.

Technical architects oversee inspections within their appointed scope. We maintain company insurance and remain your point of contact for issues reported after completion, in accordance with the contract and applicable requirements.

Where suitable for the project, we organise windows, joinery and furniture from Poland. Working with interior designers and specialist suppliers, we help carry the agreed design through to the final finishes.
