Can I follow my project from abroad?
Yes. Jakub is your direct contact in English, Spanish or Polish. Photos, progress reports, WhatsApp and video calls keep you informed, with bilingual quotations suited to the client.

Can you help before I buy?
We arrange initial visits and coordinate technical and legal checks with architects and lawyers. These specialists assess the property’s condition, planning status and issues affecting the proposed work.

Who prepares plans and permits?
We coordinate local architects and technical architects, or work with your appointed team and approved project. Requirements depend on the property and proposed works and are checked before construction starts.

Are visits and quotations free?
Initial visits are usually free. Detailed estimates for larger projects and professional surveys may be chargeable. We explain the scope and fees before commissioning this work.

How are payments organised?
A quotation, contract and indicative programme are agreed before construction. A 25% advance applies to each agreed work phase when it starts. Later payments follow the agreed progress schedule. Design, permit and official fees may be payable earlier.

How do you plan the work?
We coordinate specialist trades and order materials ahead of each phase. Availability and project changes can affect timing, so we discuss adjustments with you as they arise.

What happens after handover?
Contact us directly with issues. We assess them against the agreed works, applicable responsibilities and insurance cover. Ongoing property care and rental management can be discussed separately, subject to the necessary authorisations.
